G & S, Inc. is a privately held, family owned construction company.

Since its inception in 1973, G & S, Inc. has been active as a General Contractor, Construction Manager and Developer of commercial projects. Although primarily operating within Nebraska, various projects have also been completed in Iowa and Missouri.

The wide range of projects built and/or developed include office buildings, financial institutions, industrial/warehouse buildings, medical facilities, retail and shopping centers, religious facilities, recreational buildings, automobile dealerships, and various tenant improvements.

Elliott Gosch       CEO

Elliott founded G&S, Inc. in 1973. He remains active in the company consulting in various aspects of the projects such as feasibility studies and site selections to name a few.

Brad Gosch         CFO

Brad is Chief Financial Officer and owner of G&S, Inc. He oversees all aspects of office operations along with the financial side of each project. He communicates with the clients, project managers, and lending institutions on a regular basis regarding the general project status, all billings and payments, and any change orders.

Steve Gosch       President

As President and owner of G&S, Steve is involved in all aspects of management, construction and administrative functions of the projects. In addition to his estimating and project management responsibilities, he meets with the project teams on a weekly basis to stay up-to-date on their progress.

Jason Unger       Vice President

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Jason works with owners, architects and engineers to assist in cost estimating and value engineering. He will take projects from “cradle to grave” handling the preliminary estimating, final estimating and project management.
